Just tonight before going to bed I decided to check again my mail hoping that I get an approval from PayPerPost. I was so surprised that I was approved since Saturday. Today is my day off and nothing much to do.I was browsing in my computer and came up with this picture and thought of sharing this with you.This is my hubby working in our decking.He thought of putting this in so that it's easy for us to access to our laundry room from outside the house.He work hard for this,I'm so proud of my hubby he can do almost everything, before I never thought that an office working man can do this kind of Job.It really takes time and effort,I'm so proud of him.More updates to come once the decking is complete.
It's passed midnight right now and I'm still here trying to make an entry. I'm making this entry about my template, since I started my blog I can't stay with one template I just wanted to keep on changing it and the worst part is that I don't really know how to do it by myself. So I keep bugging my husband to do it..haha. I like burger and so we decided to make our own burger and chicken kabob,I marinated the chicken before cooking and I used the lemon instead of vinegar.It really taste good!cooking is fun but sometimes I'm lazy especially if I'm tired from work.This is just a simple dinner but can filled up and so yummy!

I just want to share about the Typhoon Frank that hits the Visayas region, my mama text me through her cell phone Saturday morning about the typhoon, the worst thing is that our rice field is about to bear fruit and they started to plant a corn, sad to say it might be flooded by water. I haven't talk to them since her last text because of electricity problem and they can't go online. Storm Signal number 3 can pretty much destroy farmers crops.Hope to hear from my family soon.
Good day everyone!today was little bit fun we woke up early and visit the house of my hubby's officemate because they are having a yard sale.I found it Fun in going to a yard sale,Just one item that caught my attention which is the mug because I do love to collect different style of mugs,after that went back home and prepare for church.We were kinda late because we still prepared the food that we are going to bring for the potluck,the sermon of the pastor was good it was all about his life experiences and how he was converted and follow Jesus.After that we stay a little bit longer for the potluck and oh I do love the food that they serve it's all vegetarian,I like it!we enjoyed gathered together and I took some pictures,I want it to share with my family back home.After filling up our stomach we relaxed for a minute and decide to go home.have a great day and enjoy the rest of the day!:)
So yummy! chicken longanisa and marinated boneless milk fish for dinner.Thank you to our new Filipino store here that have some stuff like this,my first time here in the US eating the boneless milk fish we call it bangus in our dialect.It was already seasoned so what I did is just thaw it out first and then after that Fry in a pan,same thing with my longanisa.Of course with matching rice on it.
After lunch I decided to clean a little bit around the house,I came across in changing our bed cover. The Quilt that I used right now for our bed was a wedding present from my sister in law Linda.She made this quilt for us,isn't it nice?Thank you Linda we really enjoyed using this quilt very comfortable and just fit with our bed.Awesome talent of yours!thank you very much Linda:).I really appreciate it.
Last night I went to bed a little bit late I did that sometimes if I'm not working the following day,well today I woke up later than I used to,I was not able to prepare lunch, I got tired and lazy maybe because I just want to sleep some more:),thanks to my hubby that he called me if not maybe I'm probably sleeping till I want to:)He is always so sweet to me and he brought some tuna sub for our lunch.Oh wow I really like sub I can eat it anytime when I crave for it.This is one of my favorite American food.Does anybody like sub like I do?If you do like eating out especially if your working the whole day, sub is healthier compare to other fast food.Thank you hubby for the sub!:)
Do You like to watch basketball?For me I do love to watched it.I became a fan of Celtics after I watched the game one of the finals, I was really amazed with their attitude towards playing,they have a team work and a good defense.Even if I'm a little bit tired from work I really see to it that I can watch every game.Sometimes I'm kinda weird while watching I feel like I'm really watching it in real,I shout,clap and everything,:)Game 6 I felt like there is no challenge not really a close fight but that was fun.My best player of the last game are Rondo seems small but terrible in stealing the ball:),Allen the three pointers of the night,Garnett w

Last December we went to Asheville,NC for hubby's office Christmas party,since we were in Asheville we decided to take a tour in the largest home in America which is the Biltmore Estate.First time in my whole life to see this beautiful place and such a big house that has everything inside.It took us almost three hours for the whole tour inside the house, cameras are not allowed but I was so sneaky that sometimes I took some picture using my cellphone.We really enjoyed the tour,If given a chance to go back there I would really love to do it again.
This is our cat KSP (kulang sa Pansin),we had him since he was still a baby.Honestly I'm not a cat lover but KSP touch my heart this past few days.Last Monday morning I went outside and I saw KSP run towards me ,what he did is that he jump and rub his body in my feet and it seems he was happy to see me.Oh men! I got teary eye that day because I can feel that he really needs some attention and care from me. I got pity with him and I realized that I do need to pay attention to him.He is a sweet cat and likes being cuddle.One thing that I did not like him is that he poop in the bath tub two times,Oh!it really stinks. I doubt if he forgot about his litter box.

So happy to know that we have a new Filipino store here in Beaufort,SC. Today was the grand opening with free food:)it's just 2 miles away from our house.I took pictures with some of the stuff that we bought today but not so many yet because we still have some that we bought in Charleston.isn't it good that we don't need to go to Charleston or Savannah just to buy this stuff? I'm so thankful with the owner for having this business she really save our time and gas.The store is pretty neat and they have the things that I needed if I'm craving for Filipino food.Hubby and I are enjoying the dried mango and toasted wheat cake"Polvoron".
I decided to cook mixed vegetables so that I can make use with the Zucchini that hubby harvested in his little garden.And so I came up with this recipe of mine the mixed vegetables,the veg.that I used was Potato,Cabbage,Zucchini green & yellow,and Carrots,seasoning includes Onion,Garlic,Red bell pepper,Chicken cubes,and the season salt.It's yummy We both love it!
Thank you hubby for the new grill,Finally we did our Filipino style barbeque I really misses this food . Before cooking I marinated the chicken first with soy sauce and vinegar and I added some garlic,onion and pepper.it's yummy!this is just a simple barbeque but it taste so good.From now own we can eat barbeque anytime we want.

Hubby had a little garden and this is the first harvest the Zuchini squash,I was happy when hubby showed to me the veg. At first I was not really confident if his garden will produce a fruit but I'm glad it did:)I like zuchini I used it when I cook mixed vegetable, there are two different kind of Zuchini the yellow one and the green one. Unfortunately we just had the green one but I like them both.It is rich in Vit.A.
